We recommend contacting our tech support team. Please provide them wth information on when and where the concern occurred along with a photo of the battery data cell screen on your remote. If your board is not charging to 100% this could be a concern

3. Pull apart both motor connectors. Did the concern stay with the same motor?. Once you have isolated the concern, contact our tech support team with the details and the diagnostic steps you have completed.
